Part of the Thomas Hill poster collection, these French digitized posters represent important topics of public health from 1990-2007. The focus was to educate the public about different benefits and risks to their health, including smoking- unsurprising due to the Evin Law being passed in 1991, which instituted restrictions on tobacco and alcohol advertising, reduced public smoking allowances, and required clearer health warnings and ingredients information on cigarette packaging.
